Model Aircraft Kit

This is Academy’s 1/144 scale model kit of the F-4E, the premier version of the Phantom II used in the Vietnam War. The E was the most advanced version of the Phantom II, as used by the U.S. Air Force, and was produced to replace the F-4C/D. This high-performance aircraft had an extended nose with a compact Westinghouse AN/APQ-120 radar system added. The nose was also fitted with a 20 mm M61A1 6-barrel Vulcan cannon with a 640-round ammunition drum capable of firing 4000-6000 rounds a minute. This kit contains transparent and plastic parts for assembling the F-4E in 1/144 scale. The fully assembled model is 133mm long and 81mm tall.
