The Academy 15776S New God Phoenix is a plastic model kit of the iconic spaceship from the classic Japanese anime series Gatchaman II, also known as “Battle of the Planets” or “G-Force” in various Western adaptations. Released by the Academy in 2019, this special edition devoted to the 50th anniversary of 1969 recreates the New God Phoenix, the successor to the original God Phoenix, which served as the primary vessel and mobile base for the Science Ninja Team Gatchaman.

FEATURES:

• High-quality multi-colored plastic parts
• The kit is molded in various colors (red, blue, white, yellow, black, metallic gray, clear red), meaning painting is optional to achieve a display-ready model. However, painting will enhance the final appearance
• Includes LED Module: pre-wired LED lighting set, allowing the builder to illuminate parts of the model for a dynamic display
• The kit features movable parts and opening gates that reveal the Science Ninja Team’s individual G-Mecha transport vehicles (Eagle Sharp, Condor Attacker, Auto Swan, Swallow Helico, and Horned Tank)
• Includes five unpainted miniature character figures of the Science Ninja Team (Ken, Joe, Jun, Jinpei, Ryu) and their corresponding G-Mecha vehicles, which can be stored inside the New God Phoenix.
• The model can be built in either flight or landed mode. Landing gear and a display stand are included
